About Us

Built in 1887 by the Union Stock Yards Company of Omaha, The Stockyards Exchange building is a marvel of romanesque architecture nestled in the heart of the Twin Cities on Concord St. in South St. Paul. At its origin, the building was meeting place of industry and innovation, housing businesses associated with the booming midwestern stockyard business. Later purchased by private ownership and restructured as an events venue, the Historic Concord Exchange holds all of the glamour and elegance of its red brick history with modern updates to ensure the comfort of every guest. Not a detail was missed in the construction of this beautiful historic building which boasts a unique multi-level ball room, martini lounge, balcony, gold room, and private hotel rooms.
